HOPE YOUTH MINISTRY:
MISSION TRIPS 2024
We are so excited about the upcoming Hope Youth Mission Trip coming up in July! We will be working with a new mission agency this year called TeamEffort. We are excited because this mission agency has been serving in Altoona, PA for 20 years. We’re most excited by their extensive connections to help us have great service projects on our trip! When: July 7th-13th
Where: We will be going to Altoona, PA and serving in the community of Altoona.
Lodging: We will be staying at PennView Suites in apartment-style dorms.There are XL twin mattresses, Full-sized mattresses, and air mattresses between the apartments. Each apartment houses between 8 to 14 people with a living room, kitchenette, and bathroom with a shower. Genders will be housed separately. Our housing location is in a beautiful mountain setting with plenty of outdoor recreation areas and hiking trails.
Registration requires a $100 deposit. Sign up early and save!
Early Bird Deadline: March 17 - Total Trip Cost $700, Save $50!
Regular Deadline: April 14 - Total Trip Cost $750.
There will be a late fee of $25 for any registrations received after April 14th.
ALL TRIP PAYMENTS DUE BY JUNE 9, 2024. Trip payments can be made at anytime by clicking “Make a Trip Payment” below.
Forms:
Along with completing a registration form, each student must turn in a copy of their insurance card, a White Water Rafting waiver, and a TeamEffort form. Everyone, including chaperones, must have a notarized TEAMeffort Permission Slip and Release of Liability form to attend. All forms will be supplied to you when you register online.

June 9: Mission Trip Meeting: 12-1:30PM, Final Trip Payments Due
June 23: TBD Commissioning Service: 9AM & 10:30AM
July 7: Luggage Drop Off & Trip Departure
July 13: Mission Trip Returns to HOPE (Time TBD)
